Lindy McQuirk

I have been with Silverman Kattelman Springgate since 2015. Before joining the firm, I had the privilege of working for Honorable Senior Judge Charles M. McGee for six years.

A true passion of mine has always been to give back.  In 2016, I formed my 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; the Big Reno Coat Drive. To date, the BRCD has become one of the largest drives in Northern Nevada to provide to Title 1 schools. I am also honored to serve as Chair for the men’s transitional facility; Step 1, Recovery.

I am a proud mom of two beautiful girls and two adventurous boys. When my love, Todd, and I aren’t running around with the kiddos, you’ll find us on the golf course. I enjoy music, reading, being outdoors, and watching our little ones grow.

With over 11 years of experience in the family law arena, I know how frustrating, emotional, and complex this process can be for our clients.  Therefore, I aspire to help every step of the way. I am honored to be a part of the Silverman, Kattelman, Springgate team and look forward to assisting our clients.

Civility is not a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof.
Swimming for his life, a man does not see much of the country through which the river winds.
A long line of cases shows that it is not merely of some importance, but is of fundamental importance that justice should not only be done, but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done.
